Description:

Paracetamol Infusion IP 1% w/v is a sterile, clear, and colorless intravenous (IV) solution containing Paracetamol 10 mg/mL. It is used for the short-term treatment of moderate pain and fever, especially when oral or rectal administration is not possible. It provides rapid onset of action through direct delivery into the bloodstream.

Each mL contains Paracetamol 10 mg, making a 100 mL bottle equivalent to 1 gram of Paracetamol.

Indications:

• Management of fever (antipyretic)

• Relief of mild to moderate pain (e.g., postoperative, dental, musculoskeletal)

• As part of multimodal analgesia for reducing opioid use
