Description:

Levosalbutamol & Ipratropium Bromide Respiratory Solution is a combination bronchodilator used for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. This solution is designed for inhalation via nebulizer and provides dual-action relief by combining a beta-2 agonist (Levosalbutamol) with a muscarinic antagonist (Ipratropium Bromide).

It helps open the airways by relaxing the bronchial muscles, reducing symptoms such as wheezing, chest tightness, and breathlessness.

Composition (per 2.5 mL unit dose vial):

• Levosalbutamol Sulphate IP equivalent to Levosalbutamol: 1.25 mg

• Ipratropium Bromide IP: 500 mcg

• Sterile Water for Injection: q.s. to 2.5 mL

Indications:

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

• Chronic bronchitis

• Emphysema

• Acute exacerbations of asthma
